The Annual Meeting is held annually on the 4th Saturday in June at 10 AM on Neptune Court. Please mark your calendars now. Rain date: 4th Sunday in June.
Purpose of the annual meeting
- To hear required reports and to adopt, amend, or ratify bylaws, rules, and other association actions that must be taken by the full membership at an annual or specially called meeting.
- To elect members of the Board of Governors to expiring three‑year terms, ensuring continuous, staggered leadership for the association.
- To receive and consider the Board’s annual budget, with the power for the association membership to approve that budget before it becomes final.
